The Top 5 Wedding Trends Of 2019

With so many different styles, trends and must haves filling our feeds, boards

and groups in todays social media society its hard to see the wood for the

trees! so here at Violet Rose Events we have done the research for you

and compiled the top 5 trends that will be big for 2019 and help you with

ideas, inspiration for the planning of your dream wedding day

1. Simple & Classic

Inspired by not one but two royal weddings this year, in 2019 we will be saying

goodbye to lots of bling, diamante's and heavy embroidery on bridal gowns. This

coming wedding season its all about chic and modern, Think less is more, minimal,

simple and elegant, clean lines and elegant tailoring as demonstrated by both

Meghan Markle in her stunningly simple Givenchy Gown and Princess Eugene, in

her gown designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos.

2. Pearls

Pearls are making a comeback for 2019 and not just in jewellery but also in hair

accessories, veils and wedding gowns. Pearls are a way to add a sophisticated

and elegant twist to a simple gown - think a delicate pearl bracelet or pearl

embellished tiara or hair slide.

seen on catwalks all over the world for 2019 - team with a simple gown and

elegant no fuss up do for the wow factor on your big day

We live in an age where photos need to be insta ready! and like it or not this

plays a part in the planning of a wedding in 2019. Bright and colourful confetti

will certainly give you the WOW factor and supply you with some stunning

photos! The brighter the better! Rose petals are a great alternative and good

for the environment!

5.Grazing Tables

Brides and Grooms are turning away from the traditional canapés and welcome drinks and
